Unweighting your arms and neck!
Just how do you get in a comfortable position?
When your upper neck- to mid to lower spine/ called Trapezious muscle just plain hurts you want relief.
Their is an easy technique to do.
Take 2 pillows, one under each arm and rest your elbows on them. While your sitting you can add an ice pack/ heat. Do this if driving, watching TV, or at computer. Its a beautiful way to unweight the arms from pulling and straining that area!
