When we have pain, might it be in your knee, ankle, back, neck etc. People usually try anything to help it.
I myself do have a bit of knowledge about kineseotaping. Ive used it on myself and clients as aPTA. In all instances I found relief and so did others.
If you are seeing a Physical Therapist I highly suggest you ask her to teach you how to apply it.!!!!
Their is education and techniques to it.
If you do have your own tape I can instruct you. Their are some precautions to understand.
Using this tape helps in 3 significant ways: supports,positioning,and stretch of muscle and tissue.
