So here's the techniques:
Always before you get up roll to your side knees bent, roll like a log in water, on your side tuck chin slightly bring two bent knees- legs off bed, push upper body to sitting using your elbow and hand pushed into the bed, walk up using elbow and to hands , now your sitting up!!!
What you just did is protect your back.
Reverse this for going into bed.
Why does this help ?
Relieves a shock, strain and pain in back by just popping straight up.
You see as we sleep fluid goes towards gravitational pull.; therefore coming straight up without log roll forces the fluid to accommodate throughout spine..Result added back and neck strain/ pain.
