Will provide my expertise fitness instruction, what you can stretch, what you can strengthen. Why you may have possible pain issues due to faulty body mechanics, ergonomics, sleep patterns. I have prior knowledge as a Physical therapist assistant, and I'm retired now. I learned quite a bit of helpful information. Please Note: This is not a gaurenteed cure nor do I have all the answers.
